If you are unsure of what type of boat you are looking for, it is a good idea to look at several boats in order to gain a better understanding of what is available. We can help you search for the right boat. We'll guide you through the offering and purchasing process.
Once you have found the right boat and wish to make an offer, a purchase agreement is completed indicating the price that you are offering and any contingencies that you have such as a successful sea trial of the boat.
A marine survey or your ability to obtain financing. A 10% earnest money check is collected to show the boat's owner that you are reading, willing and able to purchase their boat.
We then present your offer to the seller who can accept the offer or return with a counteroffer. We then go back and forth until a mutual price is agreed on. If you have made any contingencies in your offer, these are completed next.
The final step is the closing where the title and registration is transferred to you.
